Renton School District has bought down the RTC program cost for all RSD students to $99. If you are an RSD student please email us for the code before starting the registration process.
Registration fees will increase closer to the program date and we usually have wait lists as it gets closer to the start of the program.
Please note to apply for the Merit-Based Scholarship and Need-Based Financial Assistance BEFORE you register for summer programs. Students can apply anytime and the application deadline is June 1st, 2020. Applications will be reviewed weekly and awarded on a first come first serve basis. Apply ASAP to secure your scholarship.
We offer two forms of Tuition Assistance:
1. Merit-Based Scholarships – Deadline June 1st
Our Tuition Assistance Committee does not rely on any one criteria for our merit-based scholarships, but rather looks at the “whole student” – well-roundedness, community involvement, and demonstrated commitment to learning are a few of many qualities our committee values.
In order to be considered for the merit scholarship application, students must ask their school advisor to complete the Merit Based Scholarship Advisor Form prior to starting the application. Please note that this form must be completed prior to applying for the scholarship.
After your advisor has completed the Merit Based Scholarship Advisor Form, please click the link to access the Merit Based Scholarship Application. Your application will be reviewed when it is submitted, and WBW staff will contact you with the scholarship information needed for registration. Students that qualify for the Merit Based Scholarship will receive 12% off of their tuition.
2. Finance Need-Based Assistance – Deadline June 1st
If you are on free/reduced lunch or experiencing financial hardship, we recommend that you apply for a financial aid scholarship. Washington Business Week strives to make our programs available to as many students and families as possible. This scholarship can cover a portion or 100% of student tuition and is dependent on the need of the student.
Students who receive free or reduced lunch and wish to apply for financial aid must complete and send the scholarship application prior to registering for camp. Please note that students that qualify will automatically receive 50% off of their tuition. Full ride scholarships will be awarded after the review of the application. All students must pay the $4.95 active registration fee.
Due to limited tuition assistance funds, we are not able to guarantee awards for every applicant, so it is important to apply as soon as possible.
