HealthcareOvernight

Explore leadership, teamwork, and the business of healthcare.

This pathway offers a hands-on leadership program that introduces students to the business, systems, and real-world challenges of healthcare, while building skills that matter for life after high school, no matter what career path you choose.

Students work in small teams (“clinics”) to tackle real healthcare challenges, guided by mentors from the healthcare community. Through simulations, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving, you’ll explore how your skills and interests can help deliver quality healthcare in today’s world.

What to expect in our Healthcare program:

Run a Clinic & Solve Real Healthcare Challenges

You’ll be part of a small “clinic” team, navigating real-world healthcare scenarios such as responding to a health crisis, managing limited resources, and developing effective care strategies. This immersive experience mirrors the teamwork and decision-making required in modern healthcare systems.

Hands-On Workshops

Participate in clinical-style workshops and life science challenges while researching diseases such as diabetes, breast cancer, or obesity. You’ll explore both the medical and business sides of healthcare innovation.

Leadership, Networking & College Experience

Throughout the week, you’ll build leadership and teamwork skills, connect with healthcare professionals, explore career paths, experience college life, make new friends, and grow your confidence, all while having fun.
